Invoices and Statements

Immediately following the sale, the Post Sale Service team will send you an Invoice and Shipping Quote based on your pre-sale preferences. The final amount due will include the hammer price , the Buyer’s Premium , and any local taxes, if applicable.

Payment

You can pay for your purchases at any time on the day of the auction by bank transfer. We also accept cheques and cash (subject to certain restrictions and legal limits). Payment must be sent from the invoiced party and not from a third party.

Framing, Cleaning and Installation Oversight

Established since 2003, Masterpiece is proficient in handling valuable artworks of different medias. Subject to your needs and your particular object’s case, we may be able to advise and oversee on the framing, cleaning and installation of your artwork to make sure your object is being handled, installed and presented in the best way possible.

Masterpiece’s delivery teams can arrange expert delivery and convenient shipping of your property. We offer exceptional service and competitive rates whether shipping a diamond bracelet or a large piece of artwork. Masterpiece will compile a full range of services for you, including collection, packing and arranging for shipping and transit insurance worldwide.
